The Federation is a national
non-profit association with membership consisting of 70
medical licensing authorities in 50 states, the District of
Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern
Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands. It is our goal to
provide services to our members to help them carry out the
responsibilities mandated by state law.

We
specialize in licensing Physicians, RNs, CRNAs, PAs, and
therapists throughout the United States and its territories.

qualifications of applicants as per statutory requirements

The above
fees are for licensing only! All expenses incurred such
as FedEx, postage, verification fees, and application fees
will be estimated and billed (at our cost) in addition to the
fees listed above.
Once your
application has been received and reviewed, an email will be
sent with the total of charges and payment options. We offer
secured transactions and accept the following forms of
payment.
